BRC Food Safety


BRC Food Safety Global Standard is an institution which provides a third-party certification to food service organizations, retailers and manufactures. BRC’s Global Standards guarantee the standardization of quality, safety, and operational criteria and ensure that manufacturers fulfill their legal obligations and provide protection for the end users. This standard is fundamental priority for leader retailers, manufacturers and food service organizations. BRC is one of the trusted certification procedures among manufacturers to prove their customers company’s quality and supply chain systems in World food trade.


World Halal Association Certificate


Halal food has the meaning of consuming the approved food product by Muslims. An international document Halal certificate is granted to those companies which approve to produce halal products according to Islamic rules.

Halal certificate is not granted to company but granted to food products. Product shall be halal and processed according to Islamic rules in order to approved by this certification procedure while production facility is appropriate for food safety and implements ISO 22000 standardization and HACCP food safety system.

Kascert International


KAS Certification accredited by JAKIM (Department of Islamic Development Malaysia) is the JAKIM’s Turkey delegate. This certification approved by JAKIM is internationally validated application. JAKIM is the agency responsible for the Islamic affairs including the halal certification in Malaysia. This certification plays an important role to protect Islamic consumers in Malaysia.

Organic Agriculture Enterprising Certificate


Organic Agriculture Certificate prohibits agriculture from using all synthetic, chemical pesticides and fertilizers while enhancing sustainable development in production quality instead of increasing production volume.
Nowadays, it is only possible to protect nature and water resources without polluting the air, environment, planet through organic agriculture. Moreover, by applying organic procedure human wellbeing could be enriched. In our country, products could only be marketed as organic if only the production is according to organic agriculture legislations.
After finishing the control and certification procedure for organic agriculture, the products could be marketed and labelled as “Organic” with the certificate that is given by Certification Institution. The certificate is an evidence of our products are approved to be as an organic.

Kosher


Kosher certificate is for the products that is suitable for Jewish people to consume. The certificate is approved the production process from supplier to raw material to end product. Production process from supplier to end product is observed by Chief Rabbi who audit the employee’s education and experience level. “Kaser” has the meaning of “appropriate for religion/fair/permissible/halal”
